Description:
Install Airfield Guidance Signs, Install Miscellaneous NAVAIDS, Install Runway Vertical/Visual Guidance System - 04/22, Rehabilitate Runway Lighting - 04/22


  • This grant will provide federal funding for the Southwest Oregon Regional Airport associated with North Bend, Oregon.
  • This project rehabilitates 5,980 feet of the existing Runway 4/22 lighting system that has reached the end of its useful life and requires rehabilitation to enhance safe airfield operations during low visibility conditions.
  • This grant funds the first phase of design.
  • This project installs replacement airfield guidance sign fixtures to meet current Federal Aviation Administration design standards.
  • This grant funds the first phase of design.
  • This project installs new Runway 4 and 22 vertical/visual guidance systems to make the airport more accessible by improving approaches to the runway ends.
