Construct Taxiway, Expand Apron, Reconstruct Apron [Multi-year Funding], Reconstruct Taxiway [Multi-year Funding]


  • This grant will provide federal funding for the Minot International Airport associated with Minot, North Dakota.
  • This grant is funded by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) of 2020 to increase the Federal share to 100 percent.
  • This project reconstructs 6,000 square yards of the existing air cargo apron pavement that has reached the end of its useful life.
  • This grant funds the final phase, which includes construction.
  • This project expands the existing air cargo apron by 12,000 square yards to provide additional space for aircraft parking.

  • This project reconstructs 175 feet of the existing Taxiway E pavement that has reached the end of its useful life.
