Rehabilitate Runway - 11/29


  • This grant will provide federal funding for the Geneva Municipal Airport associated with Geneva, Alabama. The local point of contact is Hon. Wynnton Melton, Mayor of Geneva. Hon. Wynnton Melton may be reached at (334) 684-9500.
  • This project rehabilitates 3,993 feet of Runway 11/29 to maintain the structural integrity of the pavement and to minimize foreign object debris.
  • Geneva Municipal Airport is a general aviation airport, designated as local, as defined in the FAA's National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems (NPIAS) report.
  • Following this grant announcement, FAA will notify the sponsor of the allocation. A grant offer will be issued subsequently for this grant as finally formulated.
